I cannot sign in to my account

Forgotten password

Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and we will send a password reset link. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.

2FA issues

If you cannot access your authenticator app, click Use a recovery code on the 2FA challenge page. A one-time recovery code will be emailed to your registered address. If you no longer have access to that email either, contact support@sheetforge.ai.

Account locked out

After 5 failed sign-in attempts, your account is locked for 15 minutes as a security measure. Wait 15 minutes and try again. The lockout timer resets after a successful sign-in.

Email address not recognised

If your email address is not found, you may have signed up with a different address. Try any alternative emails you use. If you still cannot find your account, contact support.
