Terms of Service

By accessing or using SheetForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by APPS 365 LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13955007), with its registered office in London N1 7GU, United Kingdom.

SheetForge allows you to connect your spreadsheets (CSV, Excel, Google Sheets, OneDrive) and generate shareable web application interfaces from them.

• We do not store your spreadsheet data. Your files remain in their original location under your control.
• We provide read access to your spreadsheet only to render the web app interface, unless you explicitly enable write-back features.
• Generated app previews are stored for 7 days and then automatically deleted.

To access certain features you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

SheetForge offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as chosen at checkout.

• All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings - access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, process, or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other malicious content
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without notice.

All content, software, and technology comprising SheetForge is owned by APPS 365 LTD or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in that intellectual property.

You retain full ownership of your spreadsheet data. By using the Service you grant us a limited, temporary licence to access your data solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APPS 365 LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
