Using the Table view
Sorting
Click any column header to sort by that column. Click again to reverse the sort direction. An arrow indicator shows the current sort column and direction.
Filtering
Use the filter bar above the table to filter by specific column values. You can add multiple filters at once. All filters are applied with AND logic (records must match all active filters).
Searching
The search bar searches across all text columns simultaneously. Results update as you type.
Pagination
Large datasets are paginated. Use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the table to move between pages. The page size is set automatically based on your data size.
Row detail
Click any row to open a detail panel showing all fields for that record.
Editing rows (Pro)
Pro plan users see an "Edit" button on each row. Click it to open an edit form. After saving, changes are written back to your Excel file (if connected via file picker) or synced to Google Sheets.
