Using the Dashboard view

📊 Views & Layouts Updated 18 May 2026 26 views

What the Dashboard shows

The Dashboard view is automatically generated from your data and displays:

  • Total rows - The number of records in your dataset
  • Numeric summaries - Sum, average, min, and max for each numeric column
  • Top values - The most common values in categorical columns, shown as bar charts
  • Column type breakdown - A summary of what types of data your sheet contains

Filtering the Dashboard

The filter bar at the top applies to the Dashboard too - all statistics recalculate based on the filtered data set. This makes it useful for slicing your data by date range, category, or any other field.

Exporting the Dashboard

You can export the current Dashboard view as a PNG image using the Export button in the top-right corner of the view (Pro plan).
