Upgrading, downgrading, and cancelling

Upgrading your plan

  1. Sign in to your SheetForge account
  2. Go to Account > Billing
  3. Click Upgrade plan
  4. Select the plan you want and enter your payment details
  5. Upgrades take effect immediately

Downgrading your plan

You can downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Any Pro features in your apps (custom branding, write-back, etc.) will be disabled when the downgrade takes effect.

Cancelling your subscription

  1. Go to Account > Billing
  2. Click Cancel subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation

You keep access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan. Your apps and data are not deleted.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. Email support@sheetforge.ai with your request.
