Billing - invoices, VAT, and payment methods

Payment methods

SheetForge accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. All payments are processed securely - SheetForge never stores your card details.

Finding your invoices

All invoices are available in Account > Billing > Invoice history. You can download individual invoices as PDF files.

VAT and business billing

If you are a UK or EU business, you can add your VAT number in Account > Billing > Billing details. UK VAT (20%) is applied to UK business accounts unless a valid VAT number is provided. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are zero-rated under the reverse charge mechanism.

Currency

SheetForge charges in GBP (British pounds) by default. USD and EUR options are available - contact us to switch.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will retry automatically over 3 days. You will receive an email notification. If payment fails after 3 retries, your account will revert to the free plan until payment is resolved.
