Google Analytics tracking

Adding your GA4 ID

When sharing your app, enter your Google Analytics 4 Measurement ID (format: G-XXXXXXXXXX) in the Analytics field. SheetForge will automatically inject the GA4 tracking script into your shared app.

What gets tracked

Once configured, GA4 will track:

• Page views (each time someone opens the app)
• Session duration
• Device type and location
• Custom events (view switches, filter usage) - if enabled in your GA4 property

Where to find your Measurement ID

1. Go to analytics.google.com
2. Select your property
3. Go to Admin > Data Streams
4. Click your web stream to see the Measurement ID

Google Analytics integration requires the Pro plan.
