Exporting your data (GDPR)

Exporting app data

Every app has a CSV Export button. Click it to download the current dataset (all rows, current filters applied) as a CSV file. This is available on all plans at any time.

Requesting your personal data

Under GDPR, you have the right to a copy of all personal data we hold. Email privacy@sheetforge.ai with "Data export request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.

Requesting account deletion

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

1. Go to Account > Settings
2. Scroll to Danger zone
3. Click Delete account
4. Confirm the deletion

All your apps, uploaded files, and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days.

Data retention

Free plan share data is deleted after 7 days. Paid plan data is retained until you delete it or cancel. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by UK law.
